How do I order?
Register an account on our website, fill in your details, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email. You can email us your order request, and we'll respond and contact you to confirm the necessary details. You can call us directly, and we'll talk and address any questions you may have.
How is the delivery made?
We deliver all products by courier directly to your address within 2/3 business days, subject to stock availability.
How is the payment made?
You can make payment through the usual methods of credit or debit card, bank transfer, Paypal, Google Pay, available on our store. Or simply pay on delivery, without any additional cost.
Greenhouses
Does the greenhouse come with assembly instructions? Is it easy to assemble?
Assembly is easy and straightforward. It should be done by 2 people, mainly to support and hold the tubes while the structure gains consistency and stability. The tubes are all numbered, pre-drilled, and come with instructions in Portuguese.
How is the greenhouse secured?
The usual assembly involves digging a small trench (15/20 cm deep) around the structure and placing the excess part of the cover in the trench, then covering it with soil. The weight of the soil on the cover will stretch it and prevent the wind from entering the greenhouse. If you wish, you can place some weight on this buried part, whatever is available, such as stones, wood, blocks, bricks, etc. The idea is to ensure that the cover remains buried and the greenhouse secure!
Does the greenhouse include everything necessary for assembly?
The greenhouse includes the complete structure, the cover, and all the necessary hardware for assembly. It comes with a manual in Portuguese, and if you have any questions, we're just a phone call away!
What is the lifespan of the cover?
The lifespan of the cover, when always in place, is at least 2 years, barring exceptional weather conditions. Our advice is to remove the cover, if possible, during the summer months. Apart from saving the cover and increasing its durability, the temperature inside the greenhouse might be too high for the growth of plants inside. Many customers choose to install a shade netting on top of the structure, providing shade and protection to the garden during the hottest hours of the day.
Metallic Shelters
Is the shelter easy to assemble?
The shelters have all the parts numbered, with all the hardware included, and with instructions provided. Assembly should be done by 2 or 3 people (in the case of larger shelters), especially to support and hold the metal plates. The metal plates are fixed to the profile pieces, starting by assembling the bottom perimeter. Smaller shelters have profiles at the bottom and top, and larger shelters have a third profile in the middle for added security and stability.
Is the shelter safe in windy conditions?
In general, the shelters are secure and do not require additional anchoring to the ground, besides their own weight. With the door closed to prevent wind from entering the interior, they are quite resistant. Some customers choose to make a concrete base to anchor the bottom profile or to fix this profile to a brick or block wall.
Do the shelters have a bottom?
Some of the larger models have a metal grid structure to be assembled at the bottom to increase the shelter's strength. Upon this grid, some flooring, such as wood, can be placed, creating a space between the bottom and the ground.
