The newsletter includes information about the products and services provided by Agri-Estufas and is sent via email. By subscribing to the newsletter on the Agri-Estufas website, you consent to the collection of your name and email address for this purpose. To ensure that the subscription is made by you, we will send you an email after subscribing to the website, asking you to confirm authorization for the collection and storage of your personal data for this purpose.

Agri-Estufas uses Facebook ads, Facebook’s advertising platform, which allows creating campaigns and ads. Your data will be transferred to servers located in the USA. This subcontractor respects the EU/US Privacy Shield; All traffic between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered via HTTPS.

In addition, your personal data may be communicated to the police or judicial authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and upon formal request by the authorities, for the purpose of preventing fraud against us (anti-fraud services).
